This is how I was able to scale my portfolio to over 7-figures relatively quickly, by focusing on what I could control to maximize returns while minimizing risk

Thanks to the business model, I was able to outsource all operations and move to Colombia to live in paradise full-time by the age of 30.

There are 5 core markets you can enter with Airbnb, and only one of them I prefer to invest in for maximizing bookings and price per night while minimizing risk.

There are plenty of factors that can make or break your returns, right down to the zip code and number of bedrooms.
