What if I only have one property?

If you only have one property to manage, but still want to outsource guest management on a budget than start your assistant for only the busiest hours. You don’t have to start them out full-time!

How much extra will this cost me per month?

There are no extra software or service fee commitments, although the top hiring job sites and some resources I recommend have a fee associated. Your new full-time hire will cost $600 – $800 per month, which is likely only a few booked nights at your property to cover this. So if you’re adding more listings, you’ll already have the resources to increase profit margins as you grow.
